Further, he also uses modern definitions to attempt to explain 3rd, 4th, and 5th century explanations, which is not good scholarship, IMH I read this book when I questioned the doctrine of the Trinity. Those articulations, while popular today, do not represent the vast majority of Trinitarian’s worldwide today – not to mention historical Trinitarianism. Overall, I would recommend this book to everyone to read; new believers, prospects, and people searching for more information on Jesus Christ.
